Levels of Study
Research study
What is it?
A research degree is one to four years of independent study that focuses on a specific research topic of your choice, which you complete under academic supervision. A substantial part of the programme is writing a dissertation/thesis on your topic of research. You will aim to find answers to questions that are yet to be answered and therefore fill gaps in existing knowledge.
