What is Hospitality and tourism?
Most tourism degrees look at all aspects of travel from the journey to activities and accommodation. However, some courses will also delve deeper into the environmental and social impact of tourism on heritage sites, a country’s economy, and its transport systems. Hospitality or leisure management will look specifically at areas including human resource management, accountancy and marketing.
